Osu,

Just finished with 2.5 hours of BJJ training, it was a great time and as always I learned a lot.  It does not matter the style or art, studying Budo is always the right thing to do!!

Widsom

I started reading, "Journey of a Jamaican Karateka, a book of thanks" by Shihan Newton James of the IKU.  This a great book written by a great Karate Man, I recommend it to any practitioner of any style.

Keiko

Osu, tonight we had a 2 hours kumite class, was great training.  Franco showed great developing skill.  It was my pleasure to be on the receiving end of a 21 year old 6ft 5inch giant of a karateka ( reminded me of my age lol)
